The processing of your personal data (GDPR)
The Danish Civil Aviation and Railway authority is responsible for ensuring that the data we receive from you or about you, in connection with a matter or any other enquiry, is processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Our data protection officer (DPO) can guide you about your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.
Whistleblowing
The whistleblowing system can be used by employees and external parties connected to the Danish Civil Aviation and Railway Authority.
Legitimate concerns about wrongdoing include, but are not limited to:
- serious or repeated breaches of law, including the principles of public administration law
- significant breaches of environmental regulations
- violation of work environment conditions and breach of work safety
- serious interpersonal conflicts in the workplace such as serious harassment, including sexual harassment
Do not use the whistleblowing system to report incidents in aviation subject to EU regulation no. 376/2014 or BL 8-10.
